Join me and Jordanna in June! CorePrana is a challenging core focused body/mind class blending the best of yoga & pilates to create a thorough, fun, invigorating, and heart opening experience. You will stretch and tone, strengthen and open. Through a thoughtful combo and thread of yoga & pilates sequences, you will sweat with a smile and create dynamic yet supple strength throughout your whole body. Sound great? "Inversions and Transitions"

Whether you are on your hands, head, or forearms are you ready to take your inversions to the next level and rev up your yoga practice?

Come to this 2 hour workshop and turn your world upside down while moving gracefully through poses bulidng strength at your core!

*This workshop is not for beginners. You should be comfortable (or close to it) with headstand in the center of the room.

CorePrana: a transformative yoga & pilates fusion class

Does your belly need a little tune-up? Are you curious to uncover the greatest potential of your core and what it can do for your entire body? Do you long for the perfect blend of strength building, body toning and increasing flexibility all in one class? Join one of Reebok's favorite yoga teachers, Aarona Pichinson, and acclaimed Pilates instructor, Jordanna Dworkin, for a dynamic, breath-filled, core focused fitness adventure! Together they will lead you through a creative and fun 'CorePrana' class that will combine the unique and aligning system of Pilates, the flow and sequencing of Yoga, and a thoughtful soundscape of music! Aarona and Jordanna will weave their wisdom together as they guide you in and out of core-centric balancing poses, spinal twists and articulations, and POWERHOUSE sculpting of the abdominals, lower back and gluts.  Expect equal amounts of standing and floor work, tons of supportive hands-on adjustments and a solid challenging thread of movement and flow. All are welcome to join us with plenty of room for the advanced practitioner as well as those needing modifications to ease any discomfort or weakness.
